Nine-to-five is a thing of the past: DSC offers their employees flexible working hours to harmonize job and private life. For additional flexibility, everyone logs their own working hours. This way, all employees can see their time accounts and individually compensate their overtime hours with vacation days.

For all full-time employees, DSC offers more vacation days than regulated by law: 30 days of paid vacation per calendar year.

Working from home was a possibility at DSC already before the Covid pandemic. DSC provides the equipment for working from home.

Additionally, we offer workshops covering the topics work life balance, fitness, and nutrition, as well as a company partnership with a regional fitness business group.

At DSC, the management rewards joint success, in case of a positive business result, with a voluntary annual bonus.

We have also project bonuses to reward special commitment at DSC. Therefore, everyone can be eligible for a bonus by contributing to special projects. 

An occupational pension is also important to us. DSC employees are supported with their pension by an employer-funded direct insurance policy that is concluded after a successful probationary period.

In form of a salary conversion, there is also the possibility of a company car.

Furthermore, DSC offers to cover the cost for kindergarten to help employees reconcile family and career.
