Our onboarding plan provides an overview of what you can expect from your first six months of your job. This way, we want to make you feel welcome right from the beginning and prepared to gradually complete tasks in your field on your own.

For each topic, we have defined DSC specialists who will introduce you to their specific field and support you along the way.

Your DSC companion

In this first phase, it’s nice to have experienced colleagues supporting you and answering all the questions you might ask them. To make this happen, you will have two mentors instead of only one.

The organizational mentor is coordinating your onboarding time. They’ll make sure that you feel welcome and have a good start.

The technical mentor is your contact person for technical topics, as well as workflows and processes of the respective business unit. Within the onboarding plan, they determine which content is relevant for you and thereby make sure that you’ll learn everything for your daily work. With dailies, status meetings and development meetings, together we’ll make your onboarding successful.

After the onboarding, we’ll identify your strengths and future goals together. We support you systematically with your technical and personal development – for example with internal training on the job or workshops with external service providers.

For the high quality for our trainings, we continuously ask for feedback from all participants. We support you and challenge you with individual trainings so that you can develop your full potential and contribute to the company’s success.
