As a new grad at our company, you will be part of exciting projects right from the beginning and you will take on further responsibility for your field with time. Thanks to the cross-departmental collaboration with colleagues from other business units, you will gain knowledge and experience quickly and effectively.

Your first six months at DSC

With our onboarding plan, you gain an overview of what is coming up for you during your first six months of your job at DSC. With the onboarding plan, we want you to feel welcome and prepared to complete the tasks in your field on your own.

For each topic, we have defined DSC specialists who will train you in their specific field and be there for you along the way.

For getting started, it is nice to have experienced colleagues at your side who will support you and answer all of your questions.

At DSC, you will not have only one, but two mentors:

The organizational mentor is your contact person for coordinating your onboarding phase. Right from the start, they will accompany you and make sure, that you feel welcome and have a good start.

The technical mentor is your contact person for technical topics, as well as workflows and process of the respective business unit or unit. Within the onboarding plan, they determine which content is relevant for you and thereby make sure that you will learn everything for your daily work.

With jour fixes, status meetings and developing meetings, together we will make your onboarding successful.
