IF this is your profile …

  • You successfully completed an IT vocational training, e.g. as Computer Science Expert or IT Management Assistant
  • You already gained professional experience with IT support or IT Service Desk
  • Ideally, you already have very good user and administrator knowledge of the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence or you are interested in acquiring this knowledge on the job
  • You are well versed with Windows 10, web browsers and Microsoft Office applications
  • You have overall technical knowledge of client hardware and network infrastructure, as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • You have a strong focus on customer service, as well as good communication and people skills
  • Sound knowledge of written and spoken German and English is a given for you
  • Last but not least, you have distinct analytical skills and a strong competence for problem solving

  • You are responsible for the qualified acceptance of failure reports, questions, and change requests via our ticket system and thereby, you are the key contact person for our users
  • You manage the requests, problems, and incidents until their final solution
  • You execute pre-analyses for failure reports and questions
  • You solve errors and proactively support our employees with application problems
  • If necessary, you gather additional relevant information for further processing and forward service tickets to the 2nd and 3rd level support
  • You create, complement, and adapt knowledge base entries for technical documentation and create guidelines for our employees
  • Your development is very important to us: Upon request, you can further develop your skills towards administration or application development for our Atlassian products
