IF this is your profile …
- You have a degree in Computer Science /Business Information Systems or in a similar field
- Ideally, you have very good user and administrator knowledge of the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence or you are interested in gaining such knowledge at DSC
- You have sound knowledge in application and software engineering as well as software management
- You are well versed in the programming languages groovy, Java and JavaScript
- You know how to handle programming APIs such as REST API, database management systems and the inquiry language SQL
- You are no stranger to the markup languages JSON, XML and HTML
- You can analyze new software concepts and their architecture and design patterns very well
- Your capacity for abstract thinking helps you solve high-complexity tasks

- You are responsible for failure analysis and the assessment of solution alternatives in 2nd and 3rd level support
- You analyze problems, design solutions, and cover the technical part of use case implementation
- You create feasibility analyses and define system requirements
- You enhance, implement and configure the in-house Atlassian products Jira and Confluence and always mind the system interfaces
- You are the go-to-person for the realization of new features and add-ons
- You support the development and automation of comprehensive processes
- You contribute to integration tests of software applications and interfaces
- You are responsible for the creation and updating of technical documentation
